1.Usage in AAC plant
By usage,Ball Mills can be diveded into dry ball mill and wet ball mill.Dry ball mill is used in secondary crushing and grinding lime and gypsum after jaw crusher. It’s aimed to get more fine particles which is requested by the process of AAC products.If the raw material is lime powder,whose fineness has meet the requirements already,then ball mill won’t be needed.Wet ball mill is used to grind mixture of sand and water into slurry.This equipment has characters like stable performance,easy maintainance and so on.
2.Overview of the main structure
This equipment is made of feeding part,main bearing,barrel,driving part,main motor,electric control,etc.
3.Working Principle
Ball Mill is driven by asynchronous motor,the motor drives barrel rotating through moderation of driving part.When the barrel starts to rotate, the grinding medium inside the barrel—steel balls,under the action of friction and centrifugal force,are lifted to a certain height along with the rotation of the barrel, and then thrown down at a certain linear velocity.By the hit of falling steel balls,and additional crushing force and grinding-stripping effect between the balls and between the balls and the equipment,block materials are crushed into fine grain.And then grinded qualified materials are sent out of the barrel.
