         Mineral processing production line:Mineral processing production line has Magnet-selection production line and flotation production line. Mineral processing production line include 

Jaw crusher, ball grinding mill, classifier, magnetic separator, Flotation machine, and concentrator,

 drier and so on, assorting with belt feeder, bucket elevator, belt conveyor, and this form one complete 

mineral processing production line. This production line is energy saving, high efficient, economy and

 reasonable. The detailed mineral processing production line is as follow:

       Mined ore will be crushed by Jaw crusher to the needed size firstly, then the materials are elevated

 to storage hopper by bucket elevator, thirdly, the materials are fed into the ball grinding mill for crushing 

and grinding. 

    Fourthly,fine grained ore materials will come into the next processing; classification. Spiral classifier

 clean and classify the ore mixture relying on the theory that the solid grains have different specific gravity, so they

 have different settling rate in the liquid. The cleaned and classified ore mixtures will pass through the 

magnetic separator, for all the ores have very different coefficient of magnetization, so the magnetic force 

and the mechanical force will separate out the magnetic substance from the ore mixtures. The ore grains

 primarily separated by the magnetic separator will be fed to Flotation machine, and add different medication

 inside according to different ore characters, so that the needed minerals will be separated with other 

substance. The needed minerals are separated, but it has lots of moisture content, must use concentrator

 to make primary concentration, and then use drier to dry, and then get the final dry minerals.
